FifthTheory is pleased to announce that John W. Jones, Ph.D., MBA, will join Sue Orchard, CEO of Comms Multilingual, as featured speakers at the 2026 E ATP Conference in Rome this fall. Their session brings together two complementary perspectives shaping the future of fair, culturally responsive, and accommodating testing across Europe.
Their accepted presentation, “Closing the Construct–Access Gap in Europe,” examines how culturally sensitive test adaptation and Test Mastery Science™ can work in tandem to strengthen fairness, readiness, and the candidate experience across Europe’s diverse educational, professional, and credentialing systems.
We are also honored that Andre Allen, MBA, GPHR, CBO of HRCI, will serve as discussant, offering additional insight from the high stakes credentialing community.
This topic is increasingly important for European test publishers, associations, and global organizations seeking to ensure that admissions, licensure, and certification programs remain valid, inclusive, and accessible for all high stakes test takers.
